Broadcast Producer, KSA

At EFG (ESL Faceit Group) we create worlds beyond gameplay, where players and fans become a community. We pride ourselves in having a corporate social responsibility which is that “IT’S NOT GG, UNTIL IT’S GG FOR ALL”. Our passion, craft, and DNA are aligned to create and shape the world of esports, gaming tournaments, leagues, events, and holistic ecosystems through our millions of players, fans, and heroes, as well as through our people, and culture.

The Esports team plays a pivotal role in designing and bringing to life the most amazing esports products for the community. They contribute to creating exceptional experiences that resonate with users and elevate the world of esports.

As a Broadcast Producer, you’ll direct our broadcasts and collaborate with our teams globally in the planning and execution of live broadcasts. You are the creative mastermind behind our shows and the conductor in the master control of all the team members to make the show as smooth as possible. If you love the thrill of the live environment but also stay calm & relax in hectic situations this is the perfect opportunity to become a member of the ESL family and help push our productions to the next level.

You will be responsible for small to midsize live event productions and  localization broadcasts of larger events. As well, working alongside the global team on any future major events in the region. But running the live show out of the master control room is only one aspect of the job of the Broadcast Producer. Together with the editorial & talent teams you also investigate the best story lines of the game, the competing teams & the tournament and implement those elements into the run of the show in the best possible way to keep the viewer entertained during the show.

The Broadcast Producer reports to our TV Department Director and is a part of our Global Production and Operations team.

  • Guide and manage a team pre-, during- and post-production and act as an example for others
  • Support administration of content creation plans and processes to support optimization and improvement of event execution
  • Assist with day-to-day production needs including scheduling and coordinating studio time, remote recordings, distributing and archiving visuals

  • Successfully collaborate with multiple stakeholders across various disciplines, anticipating both business and customer needs and priorities
  • Perform quality assurance by reviewing and updating documentation for accuracy, and consistency in voice, tone, and messaging
  • Document and prepare reports on quality issues, performance data and metrics
