What you’ll do
Leading the seamless integration of partners into ESL tournaments with the key objective of increasing productivity of all involved parties while minimizing potential claims of partners. Act as a project leader spearheading the integration of partners into the respective tournaments ensuring smooth and impactful partnership execution. Key responsibility will encompass strategic planning and establishing processes across new products as well as operational tasks like asset management, on-ground integration and social media planning
- Lead strategic discussions and drive initiatives to enhance processes for partner integration, serving as the primary driver for refining and optimizing integration frameworks.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and implement innovative strategies for partner integration, leveraging cross-functional expertise to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Engage with external stakeholders, including partner organizations and representatives to foster collaborative relationships that support successful integration outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with all involved stakeholders, understanding their unique needs and objectives to drive mutual success.
- Lead the end-to-end integration process for all partnerships, from initial scoping to execution and ongoing optimization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and partner expectations.
- Collaborate closely with Partner Management, Event, and Product teams to ensure the seamless integration of partners into tournaments, including daily stream reviews and fulfillment of partner obligations.
- Coordinate the collection and distribution of all partner-related assets before and during tournaments, facilitating effective on-ground activations with the Partner Management team.
- Monitor and track partner-related activities across broadcast, social media, and on-ground platforms during events, ensuring alignment with partnership objectives.
- Facilitate post-tournament reporting with relevant stakeholders, capturing key insights and performance metrics to inform future integration efforts.
- Manage partner integration on third-party platforms such as Twitch, consistently gathering and analyzing reporting data to optimize partnership outcomes.
What you’ll need
- In depth experience in Project Management or Event Management (minimum 5 years).
- Experience within the media, advertising, or sports & entertainment industry, with a focus on collaborating with major advertising agencies or clients directly.
- Proven aptitude for cross-functional collaboration, working closely with diverse stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.
- Exceptional ability to remain composed under pressure, navigating complex situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with internal and external partners.
- Willingness to travel frequently internationally to support partnership integration efforts.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with esports and gaming, providing valuable insights into the unique dynamics of the industry.
- Knowledge of staging, scenic, lighting, audio, and video systems, enhancing the ability to coordinate on-ground activations.
- Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, MS Office, and Google Suite, offering added versatility in managing partner assets and documentation.
