1. Introduction

We will not work with any organisation that is involved in modern slavery or human tracking. Slavery and human tracking are completely unacceptable and have no place in ESL FACEIT Group’s operations or supply chains. We are dedicated to fostering responsible practices and promoting ethics across the esports industry This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and outlines the steps ESL FACEIT Group has taken to make sure that modern slavery and human tracking are not taking place within our business operations and supply chains. ESL FACEIT Group operates as a leading esports and gaming company, connecting global communities through competitive gaming platforms, events, and content. Our operations span across multiple regions, including Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, and our supply chains encompass a wide range of partners, including venue providers, technology vendors, logistics companies, and content production teams. As a global organisation, we acknowledge our responsibility to ensure ethical practices throughout our supply chains.

2. Policies

ESL FACEIT Group is committed to upholding human rights and ethical standards across all business activities. This commitment is reinforced through our Human Rights, Human Tracking and Modern Slavery Policy, Code of Conduct and Supplier Code of Conduct, which explicitly prohibit any form of modern slavery, including forced labour, human tracking, and child labour.

3. Due Dilligence

We carry out compliance screening on all significant partners and suppliers.

4. Risk Assessment and Management

EFG employs a risk-based approach to identify and address potential risks of modern slavery within our operations. We focus on high-risk geographical areas and industries, and we work proactively with suppliers to implement mitigation strategies and enhance transparency. By prioritising suppliers with heightened risk profiles, we aim to create a supply chain free of exploitative practices.

5. Training

EFG invests in training to make employees understand the risks of modern slavery and human tracking. This fosters awareness and empowers staff to play an active role in eliminating modern slavery from our operations.

6. Indicators

We track completion rates for modern slavery training and use of our Whistleblowing Service.

7. Review

This statement will be reviewed at least annually or sooner if there are any significant changes to EFG or its environment, and approved by the EFG Board.
