ATLANTA, October 21st – Walmart is bringing its “Walmart Delivers” experience to DreamHack Atlanta 2025. The Walmart Delivers Lo-fi Play experience is a retro gaming hub celebrating lo-fi gaming, a segment of retro gaming focused on the 8-bit aesthetic of the late 1980s and early 1990s. The one-of-a-kind experience will offer DreamHack attendees a chance to play iconic retro video and board games, climb a live leaderboard, snap an 8-bit-style photo, and walk away with a free assortment of Walmart-sold gamer swag.
DreamHack Atlanta is a three-day gaming lifestyle festival taking place from October 31 to November 2, 2025, at the Georgia World Congress Center. The event brings together gamers from all backgrounds for esports tournaments, cosplay competitions, and activities like freeplay gaming. The festival also offers opportunities for attendees to meet their favorite creators and streamers, and to explore showcases from indie game developers and artists.
