Earlier this week the Intel® Extreme Masters World Championship in Katowice qualifier dates and tournament format were revealed (see here for more information). Whilst many have speculated as to the eight invited legendary teams, we can today confirm that the following teams will be contesting the revered title and trophy:
- Team EnVyUs (Winner of IEM gamescom 2015)
- Natus Vincere (Winner of IEM San Jose 2015)
- Virtus.Pro
- Ninjas in Pyjamas
- Luminosity Gaming
- Gamers2
- Fnatic
- Question Mark
The line-up sees a handful of past IEM World Champions take to the stage, but four spots remain open. Keep up to date with the qualifiers that kick off on January 16, over on the official Intel Extreme Masters website.
