ESL Announces Partnership Extension with Acer for Intel® Extreme Masters

Acer Designated as ESL’s Exclusive PC Partner for IEM Events for Next Three Years

ESL, the world’s largest esports company, today announced a three-year partnership extension with Acer, which designates Acer as the official global partner for all four Intel® Extreme Masters events seasons 14 through 16, as a continuation from the finale of season 13 at IEM Katowice this weekend. As the sole PC vendor for IEM events, Acer’s innovative gaming technologies will bring new levels of competitive gameplay to both fans and athletes.

As the exclusive PC partner at IEM, Acer’s gaming-oriented brand, Predator, will be fully integrated in all aspects of CS:GO tournaments for upcoming Intel® Extreme Masters seasons. The latest Acer Predator-brand monitors will be showcased throughout the coming seasons, with Acer laptops stationed at the analyst desk for each event.  Both the Predator Triton 900, the first unique gaming convertible notebook design with desktop performance, and the Predator Triton 500, the gaming notebook design with a 144Hz/3ms display, will be on display at IEM Katowice.

With this three-year partnership, Acer will engage new audiences while continuing to bring technologies, innovations and game-changing designs first to market.
