The region’s 12 best Mobile Legends: Bang Bang teams will battle it out live in Kuala Lumpur to carve their names into mobile esports history
July 26, 2024 – Kuala Lumpur – The Snapdragon Mobile Challenge in Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) Finals will take place in Malaysia for the first time, featuring a prize pool of up to USD $150,000. This was announced today by the Snapdragon Pro Series, the world’s largest multi-title mobile esports ecosystem, delivered by ESL FACEIT Group (EFG) and Qualcomm Technologies Inc., along with MOONTON Games.
Twelve of the region’s best teams from Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Singapore, and Cambodia will be locked in competition during the Challenge Finals Group Stage, held across July 28th – 30th. The top six will compete in front of a live audience during the Challenge Finals Playoffs on 2 – 4 August. They will battle for supremacy and bragging rights in Quill City Mall, located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Fans can look forward to seeing Malaysian history makers, Selangor Red Giants (SRG), who recently triumphed at the MLBB Mid Season Cup (MSC) 2024 held at the Esports World Cup in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, attempt to continue their winning streak, this time on home ground. SRG is confirmed for the tournament’s Group Stage, and will be aiming for back-to-back tournament wins.
Fellow Malaysian team HomeBois will be hoping the home ground buff will carry them to victory in front of their fans. There is precedence for this as the 2023 iteration in Indonesia saw Indonesian team ONIC (now Fnatic ONIC) lift the trophy. HomeBois will be looking to build upon their strong run at the MSC 2024, which saw them chart a brave path through the Wild Card and Group stages before finally succumbing in the Knockout Stage.
All MLBB fans can watch and experience the live Challenge Finals Playoffs in person with no tickets required for the complimentary event. As a bonus, attendees will receive attractive MLBB door prizes throughout the three days on a first come, first served basis. Full details of door prizes can be found on the event homepage here and below.

The Challenge Finals marks the culmination of Season 5 of MLBB in the Snapdragon Pro Series, which is currently on-going and being streamed online via Facebook, TikTok, Twitch and YouTube.
