Gaming Festival Series to Bring Five Festivals to Three Continents Throughout 2025
Cologne/New York – March 18, 2025 – ESL FACEIT Group (EFG), the leading esports and video game entertainment company, today announced the final three DreamHack festivals rounding out the brand’s 2025 calendar: DreamHack Atlanta, DreamHack Stockholm and DreamHack Hyderabad. The gaming festival will return to all three cities later this year, rounding out a schedule that stretches four countries and three continents.
“DreamHack shattered records throughout 2024, and we’re excited to carry that momentum into an ambitious festival lineup in 2025,” said Shahin Zarrabi, Vice President, Festivals, ESL FACEIT Group. “With Atlanta, Hyderabad, and Stockholm capping off this year’s calendar, DreamHack’s global roadmap is meeting gaming communities where they are around the world. Get ready for another big year.”
DreamHack Atlanta will return to the Georgia World Congress Center on October 31 through November 2nd. North America’s second festival of the year, DreamHack Atlanta blends gaming, creators, cosplay, music, and more for three days of action-packed programming in the Big Peach.
DreamHack Stockholm will return later in the year to Stockholmsmässan in Stockholm, Sweden, on November 28-30. This year’s installment will once again feature the return of the Overwatch Champions Series World Finals, where the world’s top squads will face off for international glory in front of a live audience.
DreamHack Hyderabad will return to India for the fourth time from October 31 to November 2. Last year’s event had a record-breaking 40,000+ attendees, bringing together gamers, comic book fans, creators, and pop culture enthusiasts.
For the first time, the festival also makes a stop in China with DreamHack Shanghai taking place from May 16-18 in the National Exhibition and Convention Center. DreamHack will present this festival in cooperation with the Asian Champions League (ACL) and will showcase the ACL Finals live on-site.
DreamHack Dallas is also slated for this year, which welcomed over 55,000 guests from around the world in 2024. The festival will take place at Texas’ Key Bailey Hutchison Convention Center on May 23-25, rallying tens of thousands of gaming and esports fans to witness hundreds of their favorite creators, dozens of indie titles to top-tier competitions like IEM Dallas and Call of Duty League Major IV. More details will be shared soon.
